Epstean's New Dime Museum - American Giantess. Ella Ewing, born in Missouri in 1872, was normal at age 9 but grew to 6'-10" by age 10. She appeared at the 1893 Columbian Exposition and then with Barnum for 17 years, dying in 1913. Reverse shows a puzzle about a Mormon Elder and his 3 wives (watch animation). VG, crease across top noticeable only on reverse. light stain UL corner area. Brought $28.00 as Lot 066.19 in Trade Card Place Auction 066 on 12/5/2002.
