Sorry you're having an auction problem. Please look below for possible solutions:

  1. Problem: You have a Bidder ID and Password but when you try to make a bid using them with LotSearcher you receive the message "Not Registered."

    Solution: Please go to LotWatcher and enter you Bidder ID and Password.

    If you receive the message "Not Registered" then the Bidder ID and/or Password you used are not what are registered at The Trade Card Place. Please send an email to bcrane@tradecards.com specifying the Bidder ID and Password you used. They will be compared with what is registered and you will receive an email with the results of that comparison and your registered values if any.

    If you don't receive "Not Registered" then there might be a problem with your Internet browser not working properly with The Trade Card Place. To help resolve this problem please send an email to bcrane@tradecards.com specifying the name of your Internet browser and your computer's operating system. You will receive an email recommending how to proceed.

  2. Problem: When viewing lots you've selected using LotSearcher and you click on the underlined Lot Number to see an enlarged image of the lot and its description they do not appear.

    Solution: JavaScript is disabled in your Internet browser. Open your browser's Preferences and look for settings involving JavaScript (often under Security). Enable it If it is disabled. (JavaScript is a language used to write executable scripts that are contained in the HTML page that your Internet browser displays on your computer. These scripts provide additional features not possible with HTML alone). Do not enable Java (a programming language that poses potential security risks).

  3. Other Problems: Please send an email to bcrane@tradecards.com describing your problem.
